Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
NORTHVICUS is operated by NORTHVICUS SUPPORT LLC ("NORTHVICUS," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit northvicus.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our products are digital storybooks, printable activities, and audio stories for children, and they are purchased by adults.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us through our contact form: your name, email address, the bundle you are interested in, and any message you write. If you make a purchase, our payment provider collects the details needed to process it. We do not ask for or store your full card number on our servers.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, deliver the digital product you purchased, provide support, and keep records required for our business and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Children's privacy
NORTHVICUS is designed for families, but the website and checkout are intended for adults (parents, guardians, grandparents, and gift buyers). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and our forms are meant to be completed by an adult. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@northvicus.com and we will delete it promptly. This approach is consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Cookies and local storage
We use only essential cookies and local storage — for example, to remember that you have dismissed our cookie notice. These do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.
Payment and service providers
To run our business we rely on a small number of trusted providers, such as a payment processor to handle purchases and an email host to deliver messages. These providers process information only as needed to perform their service and are expected to protect it.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, fulfil your purchase, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional rights. To make a request, email us at info@northvicus.com and we will respond in line with applicable law.
