Refund Policy

We want families to feel good about their purchase. Because NORTHVICUS products are digital and available immediately after checkout, this policy explains how refunds work.

30-day satisfaction window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We review each request fairly and, where appropriate, will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@northvicus.com from the address you used at purchase, include your name and the bundle you bought, and let us know briefly why the product was not the right fit. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Digital products

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded instantly, we ask that you stop using and delete any downloaded files once a refund has been issued. This helps us keep offering a fair 30-day window to everyone.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider, and is typically a few business days.
